SUMMARY:Saṁgama Yoga Sessions
DESCRIPTION:Inspired by the concept of art salons which emerged during the late Renaissance and became particularly prominent in France\, Saṁgama Yoga (saṁgama or saṅgama meaning meeting\, connection\, harmony\, coming together) is an intimate space where various yoga and well-being practices come together to nourish the body\, mind and spirit. \nThese sessions consist of a weekly yoga practice taught by Frances (occaisionally guest taught by Yasmin) on Thursdays from 6:00 – 7:30pm. (75 minutes of practice\, 15 minutes to gather in community with a cuppa tea!) \nIn these sessions we will: \n\n\n\nEnjoy a weekly 75-minute practice which will include\, mantra\, meditation\, prāṇāyāma and āsana.  \n\n\nHave 15 minutes post-practice to sit\, commune and converse while sipping on a cuppa tea.
