SUMMARY:Saṁgama Yoga Sessions
DESCRIPTION:Inspired by the concept of art salons which emerged during the late Renaissance and became particularly prominent in France\, Saṁgama Yoga (saṁgama or saṅgama meaning meeting\, connection\, harmony\, coming together) is an intimate space where various yoga and well-being practices come together to nourish the body\, mind and spirit. \nThese sessions consist of a weekly yoga practice taught by Frances (occaisionally guest taught by Yasmin) on Thursdays from 6:00 – 7:30pm. (75 minutes of practice\, 15 minutes to gather in community with a cuppa tea!) \nIn these sessions we will: \n\n\n\nEnjoy a weekly 75-minute practice which will include\, mantra\, meditation\, prāṇāyāma and āsana.  \n\n\nHave 15 minutes post-practice to sit\, commune and converse while sipping on a cuppa tea. (You are also welcome to listen and contemplate in silence if you prefer!) \n\n\nLimit the participants to 16 yogis\, with the goal of creating a more intimate connection to each individual to better serve them and their unique needs for their practice. \n\n\nInclude a 20-minute first time mini-session with Yasmin in naturopathy/ayurveda \n\n\nOffer a 20% discount for an Initial 75 mins appointment with Yasmin \n\n\n     OR \n\n\nA 20% discount for a first time private yoga class with Frances \n\n\nCLICK HERE TO REGISTER!

She made history as the first woman to break the Guinness World Record for the longest yoga marathon (32 hours)\, an initiative that raised over $12\,000 for charity. At her Montreal studio\, Loft108\, she offers Ayurvedic consultations\, leads professional trainings\, and hosts wellness events. Yasmin is also a writer\, activist\, and lover of nature\, 90s hip hop\, and functional fitness. \nBruce Chase-DunnBruce is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 2\,500 hours of teaching experience. Trained in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga\, he also teaches restorative\, yin\, wall yoga\, and guided meditation. A graduate of Yasmin’s 300-hour YTT and a certified yoga therapist\, Bruce specializes in helping clients manage anxiety and depression through breathwork and therapeutic asanas. He’s passionate about the outdoors\, cycling\, and exploring the deep roots of yoga.
