About the Therapeutic Yoga & Ayurveda Immersion

This unique program focuses on the key principles of yoga, meditation and ayurveda. The goal is to help you create and integrate a holistic routine using the ayurvedic principles, yoga and meditation. Our intimate group of like minded individuals also act as your support and accountability partners as you integrate yoga and ayurveda into your daily living on a consistent basis. Use this time to increase your mental health, physical wellbeing and vitality, strengthen your understanding of yoga & ayurveda and deepen your practice.

  • Weekly evening practice & discussion – online
  • Two retreat style weekends – in person at Loft108 (or online)
  • Private Mentorship & coaching
  • Personal Interest Project
*This Immersion is also part of a larger 300 hour Therapeutic Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training, which you have the option to pursue.

Therapeutic Yoga Systems

B.A.S.I.C.S (Breathing, Alignment, Structure, Inner energy, Centredness & Sensual perception) & N.O.V.I.C.E (Nervous System, Organ System, Variations, Immunity System, Circulatory System, Engagement); Restorative yoga, Slow flow, yoga nidra, history of yoga;

Meditation & pranayama breathing exercises

 Mantra, mudra, chakras, visualizations, observation through sense organs, affirmations, gemstones, nadis (energy channels);

Ayurveda

Personal assessments, doshas, sub-doshas, immunity, digestion, sleep, lifecycles, daily routines, disease process, herbology, nutrition, recipes, ayurvedic cooking, detoxing, treatments.

Physiology

Human anatomy, 12 systems of the body, spinal and joint care & injury prevention;

Claudine Burke is a graduate of the Therapeutic Yoga & Ayurveda Program and this year, she one of our faculty members.
