In these sessions we will:

Enjoy a weekly 75-minute practice which will include, mantra, meditation, prāṇāyāma and āsana. (6:00PM – 7:30PM)

Have 15 minutes post-practice to sit, commune and converse while sipping on a cuppa tea. (or to listen and contemplate in silence if you prefer!)

Limit the participants to 16 yogis, with the goal of creating a more intimate connection to each individual to better serve them and their unique needs for their practice.

Include a 20-minute mini-session with Yasmin in naturopathy/ayurveda

Offer a 20% discount for a first time appointment with Yasmin
