Personal practice is the main thing. It is the platform for growth and healing. It’s the daily routine that centres and inspires us.

Whatever I teach and share is directly linked to whatever I’ve felt, touched, tasted, heard and experienced in yoga, meditation, breathing, ayurveda and while travelling.

The pleasure, the pain, the expansion, and the deep understanding of everything I study & observe is digested & reinterpreted in my personal practice.

YOGA for me connects everything. It is the practice that combines the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual parts of our being. Yoga, when practiced correctly and with the right mindset, is highly sensual and deeply healing. Regardless of the type of yoga practiced, the idea is to expand the breath, develop postural alignment and stability, increase energy & create awareness of the present moment.
