Personal Practice is more than doing yoga and meditation. This is where it may start. Then, with intention, experience and routine, our personal practice expands and ignites all areas of our life.
My personal practice began in 1995 when I took my first yoga class. More than 25 years later, I am still a student. Through my daily practices of yoga, meditation, pranayama and ayurveda, I continue to learn about focus, intention, balance, grace, resilience, pain, healing, integrity and transformation.
As a teacher, I share the wisdom of my teachers and my experience to- offer you support in developing your personal practice through yoga, meditation, lifestyle, nutrition, wellbeing & Ayurveda.
