A Soulful Summer Bucket List

Summer is more than a season — it’s a feeling.
A state of aliveness that invites us to stretch out, slow down, and reconnect with what makes us feel vibrant, grounded, and free.

This year, I created something playful and meaningful for adults:
A 108 Summer Bucket List — not the kind filled with pressure to achieve, but one designed to inspire presence, curiosity, joy, and soulful connection.

Each item is a mini ritual, a spark of wonder, or a playful invitation to live more fully in your body, in nature, and in the moment.
Some are simple (like eating a carrot straight from the garden).
Some are bold (like practicing yoga naked or going skinny dipping at sunrise).
Others connect us with nature, community, creativity, and our inner child.

Why 108?

In yoga, Ayurveda, and many spiritual traditions, 108 is a sacred number symbolizing wholeness and cosmic connection. Creating 108 practices for summer felt like a way to honour both the light-heartedness and sacredness of this season.

🌿 Whether you choose to complete 10 or all 108, this list is meant to be a guide — not a goal. A reminder that practice can look like joy. That healing can happen through presence. And that we are allowed to have fun.
