As part of the Peace Day initiatives, Art of Living Montreal, in collaboration with Loft108, is offering a free yoga session followed by a guided meditation of Sept 21, 2025. Yoga and meditation help foster inner peace. Practiced in a group setting, they make it easier to achieve a state of calm and well-being, while fostering a deeper connection with others. This shared experience strengthens one’s sense of community.
The Feel Good Yoga practice is for all levels and abilities and will be led by Yasmin Fudakowska-Gow, director of Loft108. The meditation component will be guided by Lucie Lapierre, senior Art of Living teacher.
Take advantage of this session to discover a new dimension of well-being, by reducing your stress levels and increasing your inner calm.
Adults and children are welcome. No experience necessary.
