In these sessions we will: Enjoy a weekly 75-minute practice which will include, mantra, meditation, prāṇāyāma and āsana. (6:00PM - 7:30PM) Have 15 minutes post-practice to sit, commune and converse while sipping on a cuppa tea. (or to listen and contemplate in silence if you prefer!)
