PART I – 100 hours: Therapeutic Yoga & Ayurveda Personal Practice Development & Immersion
OVERVIEW: Part I of this program is dedicated to developing and deepening a regular, self-nourishing therapeutic yoga & meditation practice and enhancing your personal health and energy levels. You will also learn how to apply ayurvedic healing techniques to your daily living.
OBJECTIVES:
- Learn & understand the theory, science and application of therapeutic yoga, meditation and ayurveda;
- Personal development & ayurvedic lifestyle integration;
- Enjoy the benefits of your own a therapeutic yoga & Ayurveda practice
- Improve personal digestion, concentration, energy, metabolism, immunity;

PART II - 200 hours: Professional Development & Advanced Teacher Training
OVERVIEW:
PART II is about getting comfortable teaching yoga to groups and one to one, and becoming a wellness professional. Training centres around integrating ayurvedic principles into yoga teaching, meditation and daily living. Through group learning, a teaching practicum, individual specializations and mentorship, you learn how to teach yoga and mediation in a way that is authentic, grounded, thoughtful, professional and therapeutic. You also learn practical business development skills and marketing strategies. This segment encourages self-evolution through advanced yoga practice and gives you tools to build a successful teaching business.

FORMAT

CERTIFICATION
Upon successful completion of Parts I & II of this program, you will be certified as a teacher of therapeutic yoga and eligible for accreditation with Yoga Alliance in Canada & US and the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
COURSE FACULTY & BACKGROUND
This program is led by Yasmin Fudakowska-Gow, ND, ayurvedic practitioner and yoga teacher of 20 years and was guest faculty specializing in anatomy, scripture, ayurvedic cuisine, yoga nidra, therapeutic yoga, psychology and digital marketing – a complete list of lecturers will be available soon.
Yasmin has been leading yoga teacher training programs since 2007. As her experience in her ayurvedic clinic deepened, she began including more ayurveda in her basic 300-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Advanced Student Teacher Apprenticeship Program (ASTAP). This training is the culmination of Yasmin’s years of practice and professional experience and is a project she is truly passionate about. Program participants can expect to receive a complete immersion into yoga and ayurveda in a way that will enhance life both for the individual and for their future students.
