Day 54 Community Practice – Free Online Session

Take a mindful midday pause and reconnect with your body, breath, and intention.
As part of the 108 Days of Practice, this free online gathering is open to everyone — whether you’ve been practicing daily or are just dropping in for the first time. This is our half-way celebration
Over the course of 60 minutes, we’ll move through three simple yet powerful phases:
Feel-Good Yoga (on the mat) (20 mins)
Gentle movements to release tension, awaken the spine, and feel at home in your body.
Pranayama to Boost Energy (10 mins)
Breathing techniques to increase clarity, uplift your mood, and restore balance from the inside out.
Guided Meditation (20 mins)
We’ll finish with a short meditation to calm the mind, settle the nervous system, and carry the benefits into the rest of your day.
+ Chat & connection (10 mins)
A chance to ask questions & share experiences.
All levels welcome. Just set up a yoga mat (or a blanket), a quiet space, and a willingness to breathe and practice.
