108 Days Community Practice Final Celebration & Guinness World Record Anniversary
Event date: Sunday, August 3 | Live in person & on Zoom
A mindful midday pause and reconnect with your body, breath, and intention.
As part of the 108 Days of Practice, this free* online gathering was open to everyone — whether you’ve been practicing daily or are just dropping in for the first time. This is our final celebration.
Breakdown of the Practice – replay available.
3:00 pm Feel-Good Yoga (on the mat) ~ 50 mins
Gentle movements to release tension, awaken the spine, and feel at home in your body. All levels.
4:00 pm Pranayama for Energy ~ 20 mins
Breathing techniques to increase clarity, uplift your mood, and restore balance from the inside out.
4:30 pm Guided Meditation ~20 mins
We’ll finish with a short meditation to calm the mind, settle the nervous system, and carry the benefits into the rest of your day.
5:00 – 7:00pm Community Gathering & Celebration
A chance to ask questions & share experiences.
